Privacy

The short version:this is a pre-launch site for Abode. We collect as little as possible, we don’t use advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, and optionally your name and platform. That is all the form sends. It is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers your details to our inbox and keeps a copy on its own servers for up to 30 days. We use what you send only to reply and to send you a beta key. We never add you to another list.
• If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and we use it only to reply.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. It is privacy-friendly: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personally identifying information is stored.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t run third-party advertising or profiling trackers.
• We don’t set marketing cookies on this site.

The Abode apps

The Abode applications run on your own machine. They verify beta keys offline, with no account and no sign-in, and they do not send us telemetry or usage data. Any AI features, such as Smart Fill, run entirely on your device. The apps reach the network only to check for a newer version on the public releases page, and to download an AI model file the first time you use an on-device AI feature. When account and licensing features ship, they will be covered by an updated policy before you sign in.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email azaleacyberdevelopment@gmail.com. Anything held by Web3Forms is deleted within 30 days in any case, and we can remove it sooner on request.
