These terms cover your use of this website and, where applicable, the Abode beta software. By using either, you agree to what follows.

Beta software

Abode is in active development and offered on an as-is, as-available basis during the beta. Features may change, and occasional issues are expected. We’d genuinely love your feedback.

Your work is yours

You own the work you create with Abode. The apps use open, documented file formats. Export and save keep working even after a trial ends. We never hold your work hostage.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
• Don’t redistribute the beta builds or attempt to circumvent licensing when it ships.
• Don’t use Abode to break the law.

Intellectual property

The Abode name, logo, interface, sample artwork, and copy are the property of Abode Software. All product code is original work.

No warranty & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and beta software are provided without warranties of any kind, and Abode Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms as Abode grows; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
